The Heart of Life For Children Ministry
Life For Children Ministry, a 501(c)(3) charity, provides family-based care for children who have been partially or totally orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in western Kenya. We work with local churches, schools, and trusted community members to identify the most vulnerable of these children.
We believe that the best environment for a child is a stable and loving home. Therefore, we work diligently to find the closest extended family member, who is willing and able to take the child in and be their guardian. Once we have placed the child into a home, we continue to keep a close relationship with the guardian and child to ensure that the best love and care is being provided.
